About Us

Orchestrate Health provides mental health treatment and supports recovery from addictions in the comfort of the patients home. Therapy is delivered in person and/or online by a team of mental health experts.

Understanding the Stepped Care Model

It was founded in 2019 by Paul Flynn, an entrepreneur who had sold multiple million-pound recruitment businesses throughout his career. Paul moved into mental health industry after the wheels fell off his own life, plunging him into addiction.

After getting clean and sober, he wanted to create a healthcare company that understood the complexities that came with wealth and responsibility. In 2016 he created Addcounsel, a London based, luxury in-patient facility that provides HNW and UHNW individuals and families with one at a time care in residential houses across West London.

Orchestrate Health, its sister brand, helps those individuals and families where an in-patient stay doesn’t work for them or their lifestyle. Instead, the hand-picked, specialised mental health team made up of doctors, psychiatrists, nurses and other professional therapists treat the individual in their own environment.

Our team recognise that life is complex, and individuals using our services have responsibilities that mean a stay in rehabilitation is often not viable, so we have created Orchestrate Health to provide the patient and their families with the highest standards of care available.

Treatment is flexible, patient centred and utterly discreet. Orchestrate is committed to helping individuals and their families to live a more fulfilling life.

For those residing outside of these areas, our services are offered online. Our online services allow us to deliver the same high-quality behavioural and mental health treatment remotely, ensuring accessibility and convenience no matter where you are located.
