Meet our Team of Experts
Our team is made up of a core group of health professionals drawn from the mental health field
They have been carefully selected to ensure that they reach our exacting standards and have proven their ability to provide a high level of care and support to our clients. Central to our organisation is the importance of ensuring we deliver beyond the CQC’s five core questions (of whether our approach is):
Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led
To ensure we deliver above and beyond these questions we have hand picked our excellent team, who are also active in the delivery of our care services. They form part of our governance committee.

Psychiatry
Our Consultant Psychiatrists are medical experts in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of behavioural, mental and emotional health issues. They are regularly required to be assessed themselves by governing bodies to ensure they remain up to date with research and advances in their field. Your Consultant Psychiatrist will be able to prescribe medication for you as well evaluate and re-evaluate your mental state every time they visit you at home.
Our team has a range of Psychiatrists, some with specific speciality in areas such as Adult ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression and Anxiety Disorder.
Specialist Mental Health Nursing
Our team of nurses specialise in mental health nursing (RMN’s). This means they are trained in the management of all mental health conditions. They are able to help with the monitoring, and management of any symptoms related to your mental or behavioural health condition. They will often be your point of contact and the liaison between yourself and your Psychiatrist on days when your Psychiatrist doesn’t visit you at home. Often our nurses are required to live in, but in some circumstances, play a daily role providing mental health care on a shift basis.
Psychotherapy
Psychologists and Psychotherapists treat mental, behavioural and emotional conditions and symptoms, through a number of different therapeutic modalities. The therapist assigned to your case will have been specifically chosen as a specialist in supporting you with your mental health needs. They will utilise the treatment methods that are empirically evidenced to work best with your own particular condition.
Diet and Nutrition
Nutritional deficiencies and imbalances are often associated with long-term mental health conditions. Our nutritional specialists can assess your nutritional requirements, and where necessary can ensure that you maintain a diet and eating plan that is specifically created with your needs in mind. We can provide chefs to fulfil this requirement for households that do not have catering support.
Support Workers/Companions
Depending on the nature and severity of the condition, the role of Support Worker/Companion is integral. These can help with issues such as re-socialising, and help people to handle issues that often feel overwhelming, such as shopping, household administration and travelling. These service providers can come in the form of Occupational Therapists, Recovery Workers or Social Workers.
Advanced Services
Where required, Orchestrate have a number of private health partners who support the need for physical diagnostic services such as emergency inpatient hospital treatment, tests, MRI scans and X-ray screening. Additionally, we are able to work closely with your GP, or provide GP services through our own in-house team.
Our Clinical, Medical and Therapeutic associates will only be able to work with our clients upon being able to demonstrate they are fully compliant with the CQC’s safeguarding guidelines. For further information please contact our team.
