Her role will be instrumental in ensuring that GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals have a specialist to contact when their patients need expert, private, at-home mental health support.
This week, we sat down with Sophia to learn more about her background, what excites her about Orchestrate Health, and the impact she hopes to make in her new role.
Can you tell us a little about your background and career highlights?
“I am a senior business development professional with over 15 years’ experience in the independent healthcare sector. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with stakeholders across the sector to create seamless, patient-centred pathways into specialist services.
I am passionate about ensuring that patients receive individualised, person-centred care; it empowers them to take control of their mental health and wellbeing. Every patient’s journey is unique, and ensuring they have access to the right support at the right time has always been a driving force behind my work.”
What will your role as Director of Partnerships at Orchestrate Health involve?
“As Director of Partnerships, my focus will be on fostering strong relationships with GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure their patients can access specialist private mental health services in their own homes.
By working in close collaboration with referrers, we can gain a deeper understanding of each patient’s unique needs. This will allow us to provide tailored, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support the best possible treatment outcomes.
My role is not only about building partnerships but also about ensuring that referrers feel fully supported when guiding their patients toward private community mental health care.”
