Having navigated her own journey of healing, Hortense deeply understands the transformative power of movement in recovery; whether physical, mental, or emotional. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore, challenge themselves, or simply find stillness and breath.
Her expertise spans a wide range of movement disciplines, with a particular focus on yoga and Pilates. As someone with firsthand experience of hypermobility, musculoskeletal pain, and post-surgical recovery, she recognises the importance of stability work in building strength, resilience, and long-term wellbeing. Blending balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance, Hortense’s approach ensures that each client receives a personalised practice that supports both immediate recovery and sustained health.
