Alicia is an experienced Yoga Teacher and Therapist with a specialist focus on yoga for mental health and recovery. Over the past decade, she has supported individuals in both private and residential settings across London, working with those living with addiction, trauma, depression, and a range of complex emotional challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, combining movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to support emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term wellbeing. Alicia’s work is informed by her ongoing MA in Psychotherapy, enabling her to offer a thoughtful and integrated pathway to healing that bridges both psychological and somatic care.
Alicia is calm, compassionate, and clinically attuned – creating a safe space for clients to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and move forward with renewed strength and clarity.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my partners life. Nine months ago we asked you for help. My partner was near death from his issues. You have given my children their dad back and I will forever be eternally grateful.
