Integrated Care Packages & the Stepped Care Model

Mental health rarely exists in isolation. When someone seeks help, they may receive support for one specific issue, but that often overlooks the bigger picture. At Orchestrate Health, we take a whole-person view by considering every area that could be contributing to someone’s wellbeing.

Coordinated care built around you

Our treatment programmes are highly individualised, built around each person’s unique needs and goals. This includes carefully curated input from psychiatrists, therapists, mental health nurses, and a range of specialists working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.

While every treatment plan is different, as a guideline, our services can begin from around £4,000 per month following an initial psychiatric or psychological assessment. This ongoing investment reflects our commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care that evolves with your progress.

If you’d like to discuss what a personalised care plan might look like for you or someone you know, please contact our team for a confidential consultation.

Illustrative packages of care

Everyone’s mental health journey is different, and the right support depends on individual circumstances. We use the Stepped Care Model to guide decisions and match each person with the most appropriate level of care.

These packages of care are intended as illustrative examples only. Every treatment plan at Orchestrate Health is highly personalised, individualised and curated based on a full clinical assessment. The complexity of care – particularly when involving multiple diagnoses – will be reflected in a treatment plan tailored to each patient’s unique needs
