Usha Chadha

Yoga Instructor
Usha is a highly skilled practitioner of traditional yoga and somatic movement, integrating ancient philosophy with transformative practices to support mental and physical wellbeing. Her expertise spans pranayama (breathwork), meditation, asana (physical yoga), yoga nidra, and mindful somatic movement, offering a deep approach to healing and self-discovery.

Usha’s journey into yoga began in 2007 following a personal bereavement, where she found strength – both emotional and physical – through deepening her practice. Inspired by its profound benefits, she trained in India at a traditional Himalayan school, learning directly from its source.

With compassion at the core of her teaching, Usha helps individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivating resilience in body, mind, and spirit. Her tailored approach is particularly beneficial in supporting mental wellbeing, physical health, burnout, menopause symptoms, and fatigue, offering complementary techniques to restore balance and clarity.

Professional Experience
Orchestrate Health is private pay healthcare company and therefore works outside the NHS and CAMHS provision.
