Janine McNab is Chief Operating Officer for Harbor and Orchestrate Health. Janine is a collaborative leader with over 20 years experience in senior management and strategy development. She has worked across a diverse range of global high-growth sectors including travel, utilities, technology, and innovation before finding her home in healthcare some four years ago where she led the diversification of service models, building a cohesive operational infrastructure to support rapid growth.

She has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to successful business outcomes focusing on business strategy development, brand, and eCommerce on a global scale.

With first-hand family experience of living with mental health and addictive disorders, Janine is passionate about using her business acumen to help grow a business that helps people live a more fulfilling life, for the individual themselves and the families supporting them.

At Harbor and Orchestrate Health, Janine oversees the marketing and operational delivery of our service, ensuring that regulatory requirements are met and the experience for our clients, associates and referrers into our service is world-class.
